3. We aim to provide the cheapest iPod repairs online.

Sending your iPod to us: You can post your iPod in for repairs. Alternatively, you can arrange to drop your iPod off at our Mailing address above for Australian residents.

Customer Confidence: If we can't repair it, we will bear the cost of postage of your iPod back to you. So you only end up paying for postage of your iPod to us.

Note: We are willing to buy broken/spoilt iPods from our customers at an agreed price.
